Very welcoming and friendly, Sophie took a before photo of my hair, Sophie kept the conversation going knew exactly what I wanted, offered a hot drink but I did refuse, however their is a toilet you can use in the salon lol once washed and dried my hair and then straightened, over to the reception area to get the finishing results after photo highly recommend going to see Sophie and she will know exactly what you want to do with you soon absolutely love my new do See you soon Sophie

Cannot fault Sophie at all. Fit me in at short notice and even opened the shop for me on a bank holiday. Really easy to talk to and even does "silent" appointments of you prefer. We also discussed her process dealing with neurodivergent clients as I am one and her processes in place are the best I have heard of. I live appx 20 mins away but will be returning. Love the colour

I was welcomed in and had a consultation before my wash and cut and my haircut is exactly how I wanted it. The salon is lovely and a great place to go for a relax and pamper. Sophie recently waxed and tinted my eyebrows. She is a lovely lady, very welcoming, friendly and professional. I was also offered a drink which is a nice gesture. I'm also happy with how my brows turned out. She listened to my requests and gives great aftercare advice to get the most out of my treatment. Professional and amazing at her job!! I found Sophie to be a lovely down to earth professional hair and make up artist. She made me feel so relaxed and confident on our consultation. She turned up spot on time on my big day and completely made me feel at ease. She was genuinely interested in my life and was brilliant with my little girl who was shy to get her hair done. All the way though the stages, she checked to see if I was happy and asked me to check in the natural light too. Honestly hands down the best hair and make up artist I've ever used!
